Join Guardian Residential Services LLC as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) from 10am to 8pm and make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
• Implement individualized care plans and monitor progress.
• Administer medication and maintain accurate health records.
• Facilitate community engagement and recreational activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients.
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
