Base pay range We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our in-house Creative Team . This role plays a vital part in shaping how our brand is represented in luxury retail environments; bringing design concepts to life through compelling, photorealistic 3D visualizations that support creative development, storytelling, and strategic decision‑making. As part of a collaborative, design‑driven team, the 3D Visualizer will create high‑quality renderings and animations that communicate spatial design intent, visual merchandising concepts, and creative direction for projects across North America , LATAM , and select Global scale projects . These visuals are essential tools for internal creative reviews and leadership presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the design process. The ideal candidate is a creative problem‑solver who combines technical expertise with an elevated aesthetic sensibility. You will work closely with the Store Designers and Visual Merchandising creatives to visualize concepts for new store designs, campaign updates, and fixture innovations, all while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and a deep understanding of the brand codes. Reporting Relationship Reports directly to Director, Store Design. Role Responsibilities Ability to generate new 3D models using design package (Plans, Sections Elevations) and or schematic sketches. Strong ability for interpreting multiple sources of information to ensure accuracy is integrated into all 3D generated views. 3D generation using 3D‑Max & V‑ray required, plus high proficiency working with AutoCAD & SketchUp. Display experience in delivering highest quality visualizations, with understanding of needs of representing high end Beauty & Skincare spaces (example; lighting temperatures and accurate material finish represented). Have a strong ability to interpret Brand Guidelines and work within brand codes across all formats of in‑store expression. Ability to accurately model fixtures and product to produce renders that show real sizing and build expectations. Confidently communicate and liaise with the internal design team ensuring understanding of scope and clarity if needed is shared. High comprehension of reading and interpreting construction and shop fabrication drawings, for use to generate 3D models and verify accuracy of 3D model. Strong Photoshop skills required for post‑render edits, color correcting or artwork modifications to the application. Project management skills required to prioritize project needs to meet deadlines. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Flexible, self‑motivated and have a good team spirit to execute the project needs. Emotional Intelligence and empathy to build strong relationships with colleagues and cross‑functional teams. Professional attitude and a pride in quality of work. Requirements A strong 3D design‑based portfolio demonstrating innovative store design involvement in any 3D visualized projects. Degree in design or specific software certification preferable. 3 year minimum experience within retail design or with a Design Agency. Software required: 3D‑Max & V‑ray, plus high proficiency working with AutoCAD & SketchUp. Great sense of design and composition with a strong eye for layout and appreciation of brand guidelines. Ability to work well using own initiative, as well as foster a spirit of teamwork. Excellent attention to detail and execution of brand standards.
