The Role

  • Selling Mitel premise-based unified communications and cloud unified communications (UCaaS), contact center (CCaaS), cybersecurity, networking, and connectivity solutions.
  • Consulting with clients to understand business outcomes and presenting solutions that align with and support attainment of their goals.
  • Managing an assigned book of business and expanding relationships through renewals, technology refreshes, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Generating a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
  • Preparing proposals, pricing, and solution configurations in partnership with internal engineering and support teams.
  • Maintaining CRM accuracy and consistent follow-up to support forecasting and customer success.
  • Staying current on partner training and certifications across key providers in our portfolio.

What You Bring

We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals who thrive in a fast-moving, consultative technology environment.

Qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a focus on technology, cloud, or telecommunications.
  • Strong understanding of cloud communications, networking, or managed IT services.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into technology-driven outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and account-management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close.
  • A drive to succeed, paired with the professionalism required to represent an employee-owned organization.

 

Preferred:

  • 3+ years selling UCaaS, CCaaS, network services, or managed IT.
