RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MINIBUS DRIVER: - Responsible for the safe transportation of children from school sites to various locations.
- Follows all YMCA driver regulations outlined in the transportation safety policy.
- Provide each passenger with a complete orientation of safety regulations.
- Complete pre- and post-trip daily vehicle inspection reports.
- Re-inspect vehicles at fuel stops and when vehicles are left unattended for prolonged periods of time for all safety concerns.
- Conduct a trip completion visual sweep of the internal and external areas of the bus.
- Carefully supervise the safe loading and unloading of all passengers.
- Maintain accurate written daily log of vehicle use.
- This position is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 2:00-4:00pm and Wednesday 12:00-2:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS: - At least 21 years of age.
- Current Arizona driver's license.
- A minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
- 1st Aid/CPR certified.
- High School education or equivalent.
- A clear or acceptable Motor Vehicle Record that meets YMCA standards.
- Ability to make good judgments while maintaining patience and control.
- All qualified applicants must have knowledge and experience in safe driving techniques and understand procedures and directions.
