Position: Animal Care Technician
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Hours -Full time/ Monday-Friday/Day Shift

What Youll Do: As an Animal Care Technician, youll play a vital role in supporting groundbreaking research. Dont worry if youre new to the field we provide extensive training to set you up for success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing daily care and clean housing for lab animals (primarily mice)
Cleaning feeders, water bottles, cages, and facility areas
Monitoring animal health and well-being
Maintaining accurate lab records
Operating and inspecting equipment
Supporting waste removal and air filtration systems
Dispensing feed and setting up housing for studies
Reporting and helping resolve any animal care concerns

What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required)
Reliable work history we value commitment and resilience
Experience in animal care, farming, hospitality, or retail is a plus
Passion for learning and a strong sense of responsibility
