The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Assistant Commissary Manager to join our team at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. As an Assistant Commissary Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the commissary team and determining quantities of food, beverage, and related products to stock the commissary and vending locations. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $64,350 - $64,350 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including team training, performance monitoring, and operational support 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage, receiving, shipping, and distribution processes 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations across all warehouse functions 
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts when needed, and support audits and cycle counts to uphold inventory accuracy 
  • Contribute to process improvements by helping develop and implement strategies that boost productivity and reduce costs 

More about you
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities 
  • Forklift certification preferred 
  • Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, safety standards, and inventory systems 
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office 

Physical requirements
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
