Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Attorney | $230K–$280k| Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:
Represent clients in sophisticated Chapter 11 and restructuring matters.
Advocate for creditors in high-stakes litigation.
Tackle municipal insolvencies and distressed asset transactions both in and out of court.
Develop winning strategies and deliver exceptional results for clients.
What You’ll Bring:
3–5 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and/or creditors’ rights litigation.
Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Strong academic credentials.
Active Delaware bar license.
