A culture of respect, integrity, and excellence drives our award-winning dealerships. We’re currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) BDC Agent to join our high-performing Chevrolet team.

Job Description:

As a BDC Agent, you will be the voice of Team Gillman Chevrolet—connecting with customers, scheduling appointments, and helping drive sales and service traffic to the dealership. You’ll communicate primarily over the phone and via email/text, making bilingual communication essential.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service and sales appointments

• Respond to internet leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in a BDC, call center, or dealership setting is preferred but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Attention to detail and proficient computer/typing skills
