Job Summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure Inc. (OII) seeks a highly experienced SAP Finance Business Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture and a proven track record of designing and implementing business solutions that drive organizational success. This role is central to our Finance Transformation journey and will play a key role in shaping and governing best practices through our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE). The successful candidate will collaborate and partner with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and delivery teams to design scalable and innovative solutions, ensure alignment with finance transformation goals, regulatory requirements, and industry-leading standards in manufacturing and enterprise operations.

Job Location

• This role can be remote or hybrid if in the Atlanta market. Some travel will be required (less than 25%).

Job Responsibilities

• Define and lead the design, delivery and optimization of Finance business solutions that meet organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain architecture models, including business process diagrams and capability maps.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that align with business needs and strategic objectives.
• Lead Finance and cross-functional teams in the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the business architecture.
• Lead a team of functional analysts and developers to configure and build the solution.
• Support cutover activities, training, and post go live support.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience with 2+ full-lifecycle projects delivering new solutions.
• Hands-on experience with implementing financial charts of accounts, journal entries, financial costing methods, material costs, labor costs, accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxes, fixed assets, project costing, and general accounting functions.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting standards.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to interpret business needs and align them with technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in discrete manufacturing environment using make to order, make to stock, and engineer to order production methods.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business solution architecture or a related role.
• S/4 Hana 2021+ experience.
• Certified Public Accountant degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Compensation

• Salary range of $150,000 to $180,000/year plus annual bonus.
