Car Wash Sales Representative

As a Car Wash Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to engage with customers and sell express, full-service, and detail car wash packages, including memberships. While no prior car wash experience is necessary, a passion for sales and exceptional customer service is essential. You will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers and promote our express, full service, and detail wash packages.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns.
• Utilize persuasive selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional services and packages.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our wash menu, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the car wash.
• Complete daily sales reports and share the results with the entire team.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in a retail or customer service environment.

• No prior car wash experience is required; training will be provided.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
