This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; weekday schedule 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with beeper call; 24-hour in-house weekend call (1:3 pager); Cardiac call anticipated 1–2 times per week (home call); Go Live March 1, 2024
• Required Cases: General, Cardiac (CABG and valve cases), Ortho, Neuro, Thoracic, Major Vascular, Regional, PEDS, OB
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic — experience required and must be noted in presentation
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Care team model; cases performed with a CRNA during the day and on call, with physicians possibly performing portions of cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 days
• License required or willing to license: Active Wisconsin license required at time of submission; Board Certified or Board Eligible required
