Location: Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) & Branch Health/Medical Clinics (BHC), Portsmouth, VA
Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: Monday Friday 6:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: Monday Friday 4:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Weekend & On-Call Opportunities Available

Openings: 3 Part-Time + 3 Full-Time

ERP International is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth the U.S. Navy s oldest and largest hospital. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality anesthesia care to service members, retirees, and their families in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Your Impact

• Provide anesthesia for a full spectrum of surgical procedures
• Monitor patients and adjust anesthetics for optimal outcomes
• Consult with anesthesiologists for ASA Class 3+ or complex cases
• Conduct post-anesthetic evaluations within 48 hours and document care
• Support PACU discharge criteria and follow-up on complications
• Ensure equipment readiness and patient safety at all times
• Deliver age-specific care (neonate to geriatric patients)

Qualifications

• Education: Master s degree in Nursing; graduate of a COA-accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
• Experience: Minimum 24 months CRNA experience within last 36 months
• Certifications:
• National Certification (NBCRNA/AANA)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Active, unrestricted CRNA state license

On-Call & Shift Details

• Participate in equitable on-call rotation (approx. 2 3x per month)
• Weekend shifts (including 24-hour coverage) available
• Hours carefully managed to maintain work-life balance
