About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and other leadership team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing administrative, financial, and operational activities, as well as developing and overseeing cross-functional initiatives. This role requires the ability to diagnose and address complex issues, exercise sound judgment, and propose innovative solutions. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in financial and operational performance discussions, and will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the successful execution of strategic business goals.
