About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic Chief of Staff to oversee operational rhythms and high-touch, client-facing delivery, with a particular focus on the leverage created by modern AI solutions. The successful candidate will act as a force-multiplier for the executive team, aligning priorities, running cross-functional projects, and ensuring effective execution. This role requires a practical understanding of AI capabilities, the ability to produce high-quality executive materials, and a commitment to client service delivery. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for end-to-end delivery on multiple client engagements, including running discovery, coordinating solution build-outs, and managing quality, governance, and budget. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, client services, program/project management, or strategic support roles, with a proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder projects. AI fluency is essential, as is high proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, and Slack. The role demands a mission-driven individual with a systems-thinking approach, who is a clear and concise communicator, and can remain calm under pressure. The Chief of Staff will be expected to hold a strategic context while driving tactical execution, and must be committed to ethical practices and responsible AI. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and the position is remote-friendly with a preference for candidates in major tech hubs.
