About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff (CoS) to be a key partner to the CEO in driving and executing company initiatives. The CoS will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, aligning cross-departmental priorities, and ensuring the organization operates with clarity, accountability, and speed. This high-visibility role requires a strategic thinker with operational expertise and a deep understanding of the real estate lending landscape. Key responsibilities include serving as a thought partner to the CEO, driving strategic planning, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights, and streamlining processes across various business units. Candidates for the CoS position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and 7-10 years' experience in financial services, real estate lending, private equity, or consulting. The role demands a proven track record in operations, strategic planning, or executive advisory roles, strong financial acumen, and exceptional project management skills. The successful candidate will be adept at influencing without authority, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and will have excellent communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between various teams. The CoS will also be involved in leading high-impact, cross-functional projects that contribute to the company's growth.
