Gimlet Labs is seeking a Chief of Staff. As a Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring the company operates efficiently and scales effectively. You will drive high impact initiatives across multiple functions, including operations, recruiting, finance, marketing, and product. Your role will involve streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and identifying opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners to support the company’s long-term success.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, leading initiatives to drive productivity and company growth.
Lead cross-team initiatives across operations, recruiting, finance, marketing, product, and more.

3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or related strategic and analytical roles.

Prior experience at a startup or rapidly growing company.
Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and business planning.
Strong foundation in data analysis.
