We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Remote Commercial Title Examiner opportunity with a leading national title company.

Remote Commercial Title Examiner responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Examining searches and instrument copies, resolving title issues, and preparing commitments. 
• Reviewing chains of title for all company orders, determining insurability, and issuing title commitments. 
• Conducting takedown exams for transactions within the company's affiliated division.

Required qualifications for the position include :

• 3+ years of experience performing commercial title examination on real property.

Preferred qualifications for the position include :

• Multistate experience preferred.
• DataTrace experience preferred.
• Builder experience.

Pay Rate: $70000 - $80000 per year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
