Are you or someone you know looking for a part-time job? DeliverIt Pharmacy is conducting immediate interviews for a delivery driver to work two days during the weekdays, and Saturdays and Sundays. This is an ideal opportunity for a stay-at-home parent, student, or retiree looking to supplement their income!

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting packages, prescriptions, as well as delivering to specified routes throughout primarily the west portion of the Greater Houston, TX area. Your duties include safe and reliable delivery of goods while using reliable navigation tools to arrive at the correct addresses.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Following all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and best practices for safety when delivering items.
• Communicating with the Transportation Manager and Pharmacist
• Meeting delivery deadlines and following assigned delivery routes.
• Providing exceptional customer service and obtaining client or customer signatures when needed.
• Completing any paperwork related to the deliveries and completing reports as required.

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with using navigation systems.
• Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
• Availability to work during the afternoon and evening hours two days during the weekdays.
• Availability to work during the afternoon and evening hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A clean driving record and safe driving skills.
