General Dentist – Private Practice (Tampa Bay, FL)

Are you an experienced Florida General Dentist seeking a long-term, stable position in a respected private practice?
We are not a clinic or corporate DSO — we are a privately owned dental group with multiple locations throughout the greater Tampa Bay area.As our organization continues to expand (adding two new offices per year), we're looking for dedicated and hardworking Dentists who are passionate about providing comprehensive, high-quality patient care.Our practices are modern, fully digital, and well-staffed with experienced dental professionals and in-house specialty support. Join us for a rewarding career with true professional autonomy and long-term stability. Compensation :

• First 3 months: 30% of Production
• After 3 months: 30% of Collections
• No lab bills or overhead costs
• Unlimited earning potential

Requirements:
