Job Requirements

• Please do not apply if you significantly exceed these requirements
• Can pass a criminal history/background check and legal documentation to work in the US
• Have 2-6 months experience in rooftop solar installations or passion to learn the trade
• Have 2-6 months experience as an electrican helper related hands-on experience
• Must be in good physical condition, able to lift 50+ lbs, work outside and be on your feet for 8 hours
• Have ability to work well with others in a highly collaborative team environment
• Must be a self-starter and willing to learn new skills within a dynamic operational environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be punctual and can maintain excellent attendance
• Willing to work projects out of State (southwestern US)
