Duties and responsibilities

• Participate in the exterior design of the company's conceptual and mass-produced models from a unique youthful perspective;
• Conduct forward-looking design exploration on the future market and propose next-generation exterior design directions that align with the company's brand and young consumer groups;
• Continuously stimulate the team to think in a more youthful way and maintain the team's innovative vitality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in design-related majors, experienced in entertainment design and industrial design;
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal);
• Proficiency in hand-drawing, with the ability to accurately express one's design intentions through drawings;
• Skillful use of Photoshop to accurately convey design concepts.
