In this role, you will be responsible for critically evaluating the entire user experience of financial technology applications and platforms, providing actionable feedback to ensure they are intuitive, transparent, and efficient for users managing their finances.

Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed usability testing scenarios across various fintech products (e.g., banking apps, investment platforms, payment solutions).
• Identify and document any friction points, confusing workflows, or lack of clarity in financial information presentation.
• Provide strategic recommendations to product and design teams to enhance the overall user journey and financial literacy through improved UX.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and user flow analyses to anticipate user needs and potential misunderstandings.
• Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on fintech UX observations and strategic improvements.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of user experience principles, specifically within the financial sector.
• Comfort with working tools and familiarity with common financial concepts and digital services.
• Prior experience in UX review, usability testing, or product quality assurance for fintech is highly valued.
• Reliable internet connection and access to relevant desktop and mobile devices for testing.
