Sit Down Forklift Operator

This is your chance to work with one of the  largest employers in the logistics industry. ResourceMFG is NOW HIRING experienced sit down forklift operators for one of our best customers in the area. At this distribution center, you'll enjoy a  worker-friendly atmosphere, where  competitive pay and your  health and safety are priority number one!

Job Responsibilities:

• Forklift operator for aluminum cans to pick, pull, and load and unload trucks while meeting quality, accuracy and productivity expectations.
• Safely perform job functions while navigating down aisle and operating at high elevation.
• Ability to key accurately information into computer.
• Ability to learn area-specific functions within manufacturing plant.

Training will take place on a day shift. After 2-3 weeks the schedule will change to 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. with OT as needed based off operational needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 9 months recent experience on Sit Down Forklift (propane or electric)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Attention to details
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse
