Location:Commerce, CA
Pay Rate: $18.55/hour
Shift:1st shift Monday -Thursday
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This position plays an important role in supporting production, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring smooth operations in a cold environment (40°F).
Responsibilities:
Follow all safety rules, regulations, and proper use of PPE.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Food Safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform equipment inspections, troubleshooting, adjustments, and cleaning.
Count, pack, and inspect finished products for labeling accuracy, cleanliness, and quality.
Support overall team productivity by performing tasks such as loading, packing, dumping, and cutting.
Carry out additional tasks assigned by production supervisors.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a cold environment (40°F).
Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
