Job Title: General Laborer - Day
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team in a dynamic and challenging environment. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including grinding metal parts and performing general labor activities as needed. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and wear a respirator throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection grinding to ensure metal parts are free of cracks.
• Conduct finish grinding, spot grinding, and all-over grinding tasks.
• Engage in various general labor activities beyond grinder operations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards at all times.

• Experience with grinders and machine operation.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting, frequently pushing and pulling 75 - 100 lbs.
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, metals, construction, or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication processes.

Work Environment

The work environment is heavy industrial, characterized by heat, noise, dust, and other challenging conditions due to the use of furnaces for metal heating. Shifts are available as follows: Days (7am - 3:30pm), Swing (3pm - 11:30pm), and Grave (11pm - 7:30am).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, Nevada.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
