What You’ll Do:
•Lead and support the golf course maintenance team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
•Be responsible for daily course care, including turf maintenance, irrigation systems, mowing, edging, planting, and landscaping.
•Recruit, train, and mentor team members, helping them grow and succeed.
•Plan and manage chemical applications safely and effectively.
•Handle purchasing and inventory and assist with project planning and prioritization.
•Step in where needed to ensure smooth operations and exceptional course conditions.

•2+ years as a Head or Assistant Golf Course Superintendent or similar experience
•High school diploma or equivalent experience
•Solid understanding of agronomy and turf grass management
•Ability to work independently while exercising good judgment and making confident, well-informed decisions.
