MUST HAVES:
-End-to-end onboarding experience from offer accepted to starting orientation.
-Background checks, new hire paperwork, book travel, coordinate orientation.
-HRIS or HR ticketing experience (like ServiceNow).
-Bachelor degree
-2+ years of onboarding experience
-Excel (pivot tables & vlookups)
-PowerPoint
Preferred:
-ServiceNow or a similar HR ticket system (strongly preferred)
-HRIS systems like SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle
-Shared services
-Has worked at a large, global company
-Biotech / pharma industry
