I'm reaching out because our end client - a Fortune 100 Financial Services company - is hiring for a Loan Servicing Representative II , onsite in Des Moines, IA . This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career candidates looking to build a strong foundation in financial operations. The shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00AM–2:00PM .

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate, timely processing of Closing Disclosures (CDs) and maintaining compliance with strict timelines that can significantly impact the lending process.

Role Impact:

You'll be part of the team responsible for reviewing updated and signed Closing Disclosures, validating changes, matching documents, imaging them into the system, and preparing accurate outbound packages. The work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and essential to keeping loan servicing compliant and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify signed and updated Closing Disclosures for accuracy
• Research funding notes and update internal systems (CORE) to ensure all changes align
• Match CDs with correct letters, checks, or other required documents
• Print, image, upload, and prepare outgoing borrower correspondence
• Maintain daily workflow of printing, reviewing, matching, imaging, and shipping

Key Qualifications:

• 6+ months of operations support experience (or similar experience through training, education, or military service)
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks without quality loss
• Able to work with databases, imaging systems, and printing equipment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
