APPLICANT MUST HAVE NYS REAL ESTATE AGENT OR ASSOCIATE BROKERS LICENSE

We are seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients. We are at a point where we can not take on all the listings available to our company because of time constraints.

Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:

• List, sell and lease industrial real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers/sellers and landlords/tenants
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in real estate, or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Real Estate Agent Requirements:

• NYS Salespersons or Associate Brokers License
• Interest in Industrial Real Estate
• Skills at dealing with people
• Patience when dealing with customers
• Basic Computer Skills

Ideal Candidate will:

• Live in or Close to the Bronx (Often there are last minute appointments)
• Have a flexible schedule
• Be Bi-or Multi- Lingual
• Experience in the Industry
• Car for transportation to and from showings. Often there are showings in different areas back to back so mass-transit is not ideal
• Willing to make calls and go "door to door" to find tenants/buyers/sellers/landlords

Experienced and Inexperienced salespeople will be considered.

All Training will be one-on-one with Broker.

Agents will have their own desk, computer, landline phone, extension etc from day one.
