McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. is seeking a skilled part time or full-time legal assistant/paralegal with at least 3 years of experience for its Marlton office. Exceptional opportunity with a well-established, vibrant and team-oriented firm. Practice areas include labor/employment matters, business litigation, and general litigation. Candidate must be detailed-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office. General civil litigation experience is a plus. Main responsibilities include:

• Case management, opening and closing matters
• Preparing, editing and proofreading documents
• Filing pleadings, motion, and preparing discovery
• Interfacing with clients
• General office responsibilities
• Scanning documents, organizing physical and digital files

Estimate salary range - $52,500 to $70,000 (discretionary bonus eligible). Benefits include health insurance and 401(k).
