We are seeking a massage therapist who not only has experience but is also passionate about their craft and truly loves what they do. Your training with us will be hands-on and personalized. We’ll be there to support you throughout, and after training, we’ll check in with a quick performance review to make sure everything is going smoothly and to offer any extra guidance if needed.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
  • Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Perform various massage techniques/tools including deep tissue, swedish, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, hot stones, cupping, scrapping, kt taping.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments and client progress while adhering to confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 
  • Valid California Massage Therapy Council License (“CAMTC”)
  • Certification from an Accredited Massage Therapy School Required.
  • Minimum of 4 Years of Hands-On Experience in the Spa Industry.
  • Knowledge in Various Modalities, including (but not limited to) deep tissue, swedish, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, hot stones, cupping, scrapping, kt taping.
  • Strong Communication and Organizational Abilities
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Client Care Skills
  • Ability to Conduct Effective Consultations with clients
  • Flexible and Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills
