- Any background in customer service, mailroom, warehouse, reception, or similar roles is acceptable
- Experience with office administrative work, secretarial duties, or mailroom tasks required
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
- Frequent walking and standing required
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting mail
- Responding to inquiries via email
- Conducting mail runs
- Scanning and printing documents
- Checking in and delivering packages
- Equipment Used:
- Digital scanners
- Copiers and printers
- Computers for email communication
- Other Details:
- Position is temp-to-hire, with potential for full-time employment
- Parking provided
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
