Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production machinery and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including mechanical presses, hydraulic systems, and CNC machinery.
• Oversee electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, track performance metrics, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Provide training and mentorship to maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager (or equivalent leadership role).
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical press operations and CNC equipment.
• Proven ability to schedule, track, and optimize maintenance activities.
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
