PAY RATE RANGE: $25-$32/hr

SHIFT: M-F Shift: 2pm -10:30 pm or M-F 10pm - 6:30am

We are seeking to hire a mold repair technician to join our team in Fort Worth, TX

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and change of molds to support production efficiency.

· Perform hands-on technical tasks and troubleshooting to maintain mold performance.

· Ensure the longevity of equipment by applying preventive maintenance strategies.

· Perform daily mold maintenance and preventive maintenance.

· Execute mold changes to meet production schedules.

· Conduct mold repairs to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.

· Utilize welding techniques to fix mold components as required.

· Operate lathe, milling, and surface grinding machines for mold repairs and modifications.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required. A technical degree in a related field is preferred.
5+ years of experience in mold repair, maintenance, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of mold maintenance, repair, and change procedures.
Knowledge of welding, operating lathe, milling, and surface grinding machines
Professional Certificate Certification in welding or mold maintenance/repair is a plus.
Basic knowledge of computer systems for reporting and tracking maintenance activities.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple repair tasks simultaneously.
Capable of working independently and within a team.
Ability to follow instructions and provide feedback on mold conditions
