Job Description
Adecco is hiring Mold Technicians at Oakley in Foothill Ranch, CA, starting at $33.20/hr. plus overtime. You’ll work in a high-tech facility, handling mold maintenance, minor repairs, and visual inspections. Regular duties include disassembling and assembling molds safely and efficiently, monitoring inventory, reducing machine downtime, cleaning and maintaining tool room equipment, supporting records management, and troubleshooting with process engineers. This role suits a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in both independent and team settings.
Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a tool room with injection mold repair
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and understand tooling drawings
Ability to crouch, kneel, reach, bend, and do repetitive movements
Ability to work overtime including weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to operate a surface grinder with a + or - .0002 on critical details
Ability to operate a Bridgeport/lathe with a + or -.001 tolerance
Knowledge of Manifold systems: Mold Master, Synventive, etc.
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
