Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Night Shift Production Operators to join our Advanced Manufacturing Team. This role involves performing all manner of assembly and manufacturing functions to contribute to the production of our proprietary, high-quality, ultralight solar products. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong work ethic, solid attendance, and attention to detail. Night Shift hours of operation : Monday-Thursday, 5:00pm to 3:30am

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Perform advanced manufacturing and assembly operations according to established procedures and quality guidelines
  2. Operate robotic machinery and automated equipment used in the manufacturing process
  3. Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with all specifications and quality standards
  4. Conduct quality inspections of parts and assemblies to identify defects or deviations, and immediately correct any defects found
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
  6. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment, always watching out for yourself as well as others
  7. Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet all production and quality goals
  8. Troubleshoot equipment and machinery issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation

Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to learn our manufacturing process
  • Strong work ethic and good attendance history
  • Technical background is helpful but not necessarily required
  • Attention to detail and a dedication to drive the highest quality standards
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a high-performing team
