Role Description

(See Job Post & application Link on Indeed): This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Home Administrator located in Bridgman, MI. The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining budgets, and providing high-quality care to residents. This role is supported by The Peplinski Group's corporate management, an industry leader of skilled nursing services.

Qualifications

  • Must be a currently licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Michigan
  • 2 years experience in Nursing Home Administration and Long-term Care
  • Experience with Budgeting and financial management
  • Abilities in Training and staff development
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred
