The Phlebotomist Floater at LabCorp performs blood and specimen collection using venipuncture and capillary techniques across multiple locations, serving diverse patient populations. The role includes specimen preparation, data entry, billing, and providing excellent customer service while working independently and as part of a team. As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. This unique role will allow you to develop your skills and set you up for opportunities and continuous growth within the organization. If you like variety, this role is perfect for you!
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, scheduled hours vary between 6:00am-6:00pm and rotating Saturdays
Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
Work Location: Gardendale AL
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
