Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system
• Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary
• Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate
• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly

Qualifications:***Applicants must live in California***

• A California state license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
• Plaintiff Side Personal Injury experience with either Auto Accident, Trucking Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Slip & Fall, and Dog Bite cases.
• Pre-Litigation
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
• Proficiency in computers is vital
