Responsibilities:

- 🦺 Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- 🗣️ Communicate effectively and contribute to a team-focused environment
- 📄 Read and interpret production orders (material type, size, color)
- ✂️ Operate chop saws and industrial fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers)
- 🔧 Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication
- 🪟 Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash and/or frame
- 🛠️ Install and attach hardware
- 👀 Inspect work-in-process and finished units for quality compliance
- 📦 Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment
- 💡 Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
- 🧼 Maintain a clean and organized work area
- 📋 Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- 📘 Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions and production orders
- ➕ Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
- 📏 Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch accuracy
- 💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and sustain physical activity throughout the shift
- 🚶 Capability to stand and move while performing repetitive tasks
- 🤝 A collaborative, team-driven attitude with strong attendance and reliability
- 🎯 Commitment to quality, precision, and safety standards
- 🧠 Problem-solving mindset and a drive to meet production goals
- 🛠️ Previous experience in a team assembly environment is a plus
- 🧍 Customer-focused mentality and a desire to exceed expectations
