REMOTE RECRUITER

Location Requirement: This role requires candidates to be located within commuting distance of Overland Park, KS, with the ability to come on-site when required. Applicants outside of the local area will not be considered for this opening. SMN is an innovative and growing company with offices in six states. We are looking to fill the role of Remote Recruiter (WFH Flexible). To join our growing team, time management, organization and people skills are crucial. Must possess and exhibit the maturity, and communication skills necessary to successfully interact with a variety of individuals, including senior hiring managers, external candidates and external companies. REMOTE TOOLS You must have a combination of the following tools is required for our Remote Recruiter. Reliable internet access, own computer (laptop or desktop, webcam, headset or noise-canceling headphones, cell phone or landline, private work space free of distractions. JOB SUMMARY Manage applicants through the hiring process including preliminary phone and pre-screens, drug screen, reference and background checks and other requirements Preparing and sending offer letters, pre-boarding and onboarding activities Assisting in preparing advertisements and suggesting approaches to employment advertising Manage and track multiple agencies & multiple locations Continuous interaction with hiring managers on a regular basis REQUIRMENTS Minimum 3 years of combine experience working as a Recruiter and/or HR Generalist, or similar roles. Software tools include communication a Combination of experience using platforms such as Meet, Slack, Microsoft Teams, video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet), project management tools (Asana, Trello), and cloud storage solutions (Google Drive, Dropbox), and others One year of experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Brassring, Taleo, CATS, Bullhorn or other ATS systems Experience with external recruiting websites, and Internet-based sourcing tools and familiarity with sourcing strategies aligned to passive sourcing PHR, SHRM-CP or another human resources certification is preferred.
