Residential Cleaner

Department:Construction Services

Location:Fort Meade, MD

Responsible for various cleaning activities performed within residential homes within Fort Meade, MD. As a Cleaner, you will assist in making residential homes move-in ready. Every day, you-ll be creating the best possible experience within our residential communities.

WHAT YOU-LL DO

• Ensure all surfaces or items cleaned are free of streaks, drips, smears, finger marks, water deposits, grease, food, dirt, dust, lint, bugs, webs, trash, and cleaner residue.

• Report to Foreman for daily work schedules

• Execute short lead time projects

• Support multiple residential sites within military installation

• Ensure follow through on assigned cleaning tasks using in-house assignment system and respond to time-sensitive maintenance needs

• Coordinate with other service providers

• Other responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks different

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience

• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team

• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

• Use a portable vacuum cleaner - backpack style.

• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance

• Sense of Urgency

PAY & BENEFITS

• Residential Cleaner pay range: $18 - 24 per hour.

• Actual pay depends on education, experience, and performance.
