We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to join our U.S. team in Minneapolis, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and scale our U.S. SDR organization from the ground up. You’ll lead and inspire a team of SDRs to generate high-quality leads, drive pipeline growth, and support our overall sales strategy.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who loves coaching and collaboration and is motivated by building structure and performance in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine outreach strategies and ensure SDR efforts align with Hoxhunt’s broader growth goals. We’ll support you with the tools, systems, and frameworks to make sure you succeed.
This is in onsite roll based in Minnesota at our Edina office.

This full-time role is based in our Minneapolis office, offering a base salary range of $100,000–$120,000 with a $140,000-$160,000 OTE.
