Your role at Sephora

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire store operations, ensuring a high level of client service, and driving sales. You will lead a team of dedicated associates, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and increase profitability.
  • Coordinate and oversee sales and profitability, performance, service, and operations.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, manage employee development, and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Manage the leadership team, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of store goals.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Work to ensure client loyalty and engagement by supporting client loyalty programs and services.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Uphold Sephora brand excellence in-store, ensuring a consistent and highquality client experience.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Allocate resources and handle staffing, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
  • 35 years of experience managing a highvolume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring employees.
  • Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift and work in a fragrancefilled environment & handle and apply products to clientswith or without accommodation.
  • Adherence to Sephoras dress code and policies in the Sephora Employee Handbook.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,300.00 $106,210.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
