ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Nampa, Idaho.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Every other weekend requirement (possibly more if needed)
\n• Nurse to patient ratio of 1:2 in 10-bed Intensive Care Unit
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
\n• Minimum 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
\n• Must be comfortable titrating drips including Propofol, Levophed, Dobutamine, Vasopressin, Fentanyl, Epinephrine, and Diltiazem
\n• Care for patients with heart failure, respiratory failure, sepsis, ventilated patients, GI bleeds, strokes, TPA, post codes, pneumonia, and post-surgical complications
\n• Required to read cardiac monitor strips (no telemetry techs available)
\n• Float to telemetry unit with 1:3 ratio or may take full assignment, possible floating to Meridian and Boise ICU locations
\n• Work with respiratory therapists 24/7 and equipment including ventilators, high flow, and BiPAP
\n• EPIC charting system experience
\n• Any color scrubs allowed as long as clean and professional
\n• 1-2 shifts of unit-specific orientation depending on experience
\n• No call or standby requirements
\n• Holiday coverage as needed
\n• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility

The facility provides 24/7 hospitalist coverage with intensivist support available via telehealth around the clock. The ICU is equipped with state-of-the-art respiratory therapy equipment and maintains dedicated respiratory therapists on-site at all times. The facility utilizes EPIC charting systems and emphasizes teamwork and professional development in their acute care environment.
