• Hourly Pay Rate: $90 for in-state NJ Registered Nurses\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1420 - $1500\n

• Schedule: Minimum 2 shifts per week; option to pick up additional shifts\n
• Shift Mix: Combination of 4 weekend shifts and remaining weekdays per 6-week schedule\n
• Holiday Requirement: One summer hallmark, one winter hallmark, plus work the day before or after Thanksgiving and Christmas\n
• Contract Duration: 8 weeks (guaranteed 3 shifts biweekly)\n
• Start Date: December 14, 2025\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey\n
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; outpatient nursing experience preferred\n
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills\n
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays\n
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and collaborative teamwork\n

\n\nOutpatient RN Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to outpatient patients\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient treatment plans\n
• Monitor patient progress and accurately document care in electronic health records (EHR)\n
• Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and wellness\n
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and healthcare regulations\n
