User Experience Researcher (Bangkok-based, Relocation provided)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand. This position includes a relocation package to support a smooth transition.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects; deliver outputs that inform product decisions, design direction, and strategy.
• Lead core end-to-end research activities, including defining objectives, hypotheses, methodologies, execution, analysis, and communication of findings.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate research insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains
• Strong planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing and communicating research
• Experience with qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, usability testing, etc.)
• Experience with quantitative research (surveys, metrics, sampling, analysis, etc.)
• Experience evaluating and working with external research vendors
• Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong critical thinking and storytelling skills; able to communicate with business, design, and engineering stakeholders in English
• Collaborative, data-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of data compliance and ethics in research activities

• Drive cross-discipline collaboration with research insights
• Collaborate with researchers and other disciplines with clear ownership and effective communication
• Excellent communication skills; tailor messaging to different audiences
