Description Our client is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead strategic research efforts for a major initiative aimed at modernizing the digital banking experience. This role will contribute directly to shaping intuitive, user-friendly digital products. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, emotionally agile, and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Skills Qualitative research, Quantitative research, Usability testing, Ux research, Strategy Additional Skills & Qualifications - Lead end-to-end research initiatives including usability testing, surveys, nomenclature studies, etc. - Apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover insights that influence product strategy - Develop and execute research plans that address team questions and project goals. - Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable findings for cross-functional teams (design, product, content across US and CA markets) - Communicate findings effectively across all levels, including executive stakeholders. - Champion inclusive and transparent research processes and foster team alignment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
