Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. We offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. Compensation: $23.56/hour. Location: Zephyrhills, FL. For hourly positions: Days: Sat-Tues 5am-5pm. Shift Differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all required safety requirements, company policies, and procedures
• Adhere to all factory and department policies and procedures
• Preventative maintenance of the yard truck
• Moving trailers in and out of the dock in a timely manner
• Inspect trailers and loads in the yard and on the dock as needed
• Timely and accurate loading and unloading of tractor-trailer trucks per pick ticket requirements
• Troubleshoot equipment problems, make basic repairs and document adjustments
• Prepare and continuously document all reporting requirements accurately and timely
• Interact with warehouse team members, production and quality control to maximize output efficiency, quality and safety
• Manage relationship with peers and teammates to insure achievement of departmental and plant goals
• Follow plant standards and execute recycle program including operation of grinder and balers
• Operate a yard truck accurately and efficiently to move trailers from the yard to a shipping door
• Operate a forklift to perform shipping/receiving activities in a fast paced environment
• Utilize PC, SAP, communication, and time management skills to prioritize and organize workload
• Work self-directed and with minimal supervision to accomplish daily tasks and drive operational results
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Class A CDL license
• 1 year verifiable driving experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Professionalism
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Tactful interaction with customers and co-workers
• Ability to achieve set goals
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Flexibility with work hours
• Forklift certified
• Fluent English language written and oral
• Continuous Improvement methods
• SAP and IM Data
• Pass Basic computer skills (Microsoft office)
