Job Summary Our client is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist who will be responsible for driving to 3-4 different nursing homes and drawing blood from patients. The shift can start any time between 12:00 am and 5:00 am, and the length of the shift depends on the speed of blood draws, typically estimated at about 4 hours, including driving time.
Key Responsibilities - Drive to designated nursing homes to perform blood draws.
- Ensure accurate and timely blood collection and labeling.
- Maintain a professional and safe environment for patients.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all required tasks within the shift timeframe.
Qualifications - Experience in phlebotomy or a related field is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements - On-site skills assessment during shift hours with lead phlebotomist.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, starting between 12:00 am and 5:00 am.
